Toronto, Ontario — December 16, 2013 — Once you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time for the advanced class. A recent one-day interactive collision centre workshop titled “Advanced Production Management†was presented by Co-Auto Co-Operative and BASF at the SW Hotel Toronto Airport. The event drew stakeholders from as far away as Ottawa and Sudbury.
The workshop was led by John Niechwiadowicz of Automotive Management Institute and focused on systemization, pre-repair management, throughput and organizing the production department to ensure maximum efficiency.
The event also included a mini trade show, with representation from Co-Auto Co-Operative, BASF, Flat Line Spray Booth Specialists, Fusor Automotive Repair Adhesives, Matrix Wand, Norton and Innovative Tools & Technologies.
