Las Vegas, Nevada — A new product set to be unveiled by ALLDATA at the upcoming SEMA show in Las Vegas promises to take some of the detective work out of the repair process, said the company, as it prepares to debut ALLDATA Inspections next week.
The company says ALLDATA Inspections “gives shops the ability to jumpstart the customer check-in process and perform digital vehicle inspections curbside.”
With this new tool, technicians will be able to seamlessly log, review and email vehicle inspection reports to customers via a tablet or smartphone.
“We’re always looking for ways to help shops boost productivity and streamline the workflow process,” said the President of ALLDATA, Satwinder Mangat.
“ALLDATA Inspections provides shops the flexibility to greet customers at their vehicles, identify services that are required or due soon and deliver trustworthy advice on the spot for a better overall shop experience.”
Representatives from ALLDATA will be showing off the new product at the company’s booth (#31067) in the Upper South Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center throughout the course of SEMA.
This year’s SEMA show is set to run from next Tuesday to Friday.
