London, United Kingdom — BETAG’s new eLearning program will be complemented by their current existing range of instructor-led, and on-location training courses.
BETAG has developed an eLearning program for writers and technicians, with online eModules and live-streamed eClasses.
The first elements of our eLearning program are primarily focused on non-structural damage to outer panels (currently 60 per cent of the work mix in shops).
This type of program, according to BETAG, is perfect for less experienced estimators and technicians wanting to increase their knowledge, skills, and productivity—although early market feedback suggests the content is equally valuable as a refresher for more experienced estimators and technicians.
BETAG has also launched a specific eCourse for estimators, which details the importance for writers to accurately identify and mark all the damage on body panels (which accounts for 60 per cent of the work mix in shops today.
Up to 30 per cent is routinely missed or underwritten, which is money lost and not recovered.
Developing the knowledge and skills to consistently do this sits front and center of BETAG’s new Estimator – Level 1 eLearning course with eModules and eClasses on damage observation and damage analysis
As a side note, BETAG has Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter pages dedicated to the North America Markey.
