Toronto, Ontario — November 17, 2017 — Simplicity Car Care’s Domenic Ieraci and his wife, Claudia Scali Ieraci, founded the Children on the Rise foundation to help the SickKids foundation raise funds. The Children on the Rise foundation recently raised over $50,000 at a gala, to help support the SickKids Foundation’s fundraising efforts to build a new children’s hospital in the greater Toronto area. This is the largest fundraising campaign in Canadian health care history, with the goal to raise $1.3 billion dollars.

“The Hospital for Sick Children is planning to build a second SickKids hospital and we absolutely want to be a part of that journey,” said Domenic Ieraci, President of Simplicity Car Care.

The event hosted approximately 400 people, ready to give their support to the charity foundation. Simplicity Car Care took the stage, along with patients and surgeons. The speakers gave motivational talks and presentations on the continuous need of support in building infrastructures for SickKids.
