Blair Earle is the Canada Managing Director for IAA, an RB Global, Inc. company (NYSE: RBA) (TSX: RBA) and a trusted global marketplace for insights, services and transaction solutions for commercial assets and vehicles. Blair joined IAA (formerly Impact Auto Auctions) in 2012. He’s responsible for managing all of IAA’s Canadian business in his current role. Previously, Blair held positions as Vice President of Sales and Director of Business Development. In addition, Blair is a member of the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF), the National Association of Fleet Administrators (NAFA), and the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce from Memorial University in Canada.

With more than 15 years of industry experience in the areas of sales operations, distribution, marketing, aftersales and finance, Daniel has a vast knowledge within many facets of the automotive space. He has worked for multiple OEM’s and has been a key member within the Canadian Black Book team for over six years. Forecasting residual values since 2017 and staying up-to-date with the ever-changing car market he now holds the title of Senior Manager, Industry Insights & Residual Value Strategy.  As part of CBB, Daniel works closely with Manufacturers, Lenders, Financial Institutions and Dealers to help understand and educate his business partners by way of data analytics and industry trends.
