Hoffman Estates, Illinois — October 23, 2015 — I-CAR is set to deliver leading vehicle technology discussions at SEMA 2015. Attendees can listen to forward-thinking presentations and watch live demonstrations on relevant topics and trends the collision repair industry is facing today.
Starting November 3, I-CAR’s Jason Bartanen, Director of Industry Relations, will kick-off a full schedule of speakers at I-CAR’s SEMA Collision Repair & Refinish Stage where attendees will learn about the latest vehicle-specific trends and procedures that contribute to complete, safe and quality repairs. On Thursday November 5, Bartanen will also co-present with Kristen Felder of Collision Hub on Cool Tools. The presentation will offer an overview of a handful of clever new tools designed for today’s collision repair professionals.
I-CAR has a full line up of vehicle-related presentations from Ford on the 2015 F-150, General Motors on repairing the Cadillac CT6, BMW on the efficiencies of carbon fiber and the repair process, Toyota on overcoming repair concerns, Fiat Chrysler on structural repair techniques with carbon fibre and Audi on advance repair technology.
In addition to OEM presentations, the I-CAR stage will include presentations by I-CAR technical experts on MIG brazing and rivet and rivet bonding, and by composites manufacturer Abaris on carbon fibre repair. Attendees can also stop by daily to test their welding knowledge during one of I-CAR’s interactive welding destructive tests.
