Toronto, Ontario – An employee engagement survey conducted by Simplicity Car Care found that its employees rated the company at 9.04 out of ten, celebrating its leadership, management, employee relations, and health and safety.
According to a company press release, the purpose of the survey was for Simplicity’s corporate office to gain an understanding of the current work environment, culture, leadership, and overall employee engagement.
“Consistent feedback from employees gives us the opportunity to identify our strengths and opportunities for improvement as an employer. We value our people and their feedback is very important to us,” said Paul Prochilo, CEO of Simplicity Car Care.
