North Carolina, United States — Driven Brands has announced the election of Damien Harmon of Best Buy to its Board of Directors, effective Jan. 1, 2024.
Harmon is the senior executive vice president of customer, channel experiences and enterprise services for Best Buy Co. Inc., where he is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience and the work that enhances interactions between Best Buy customers and employees. Harmon’s areas of responsibility include stores and operations, in-home services and sales, virtual experiences, call centres, membership, customer strategy, relationship offerings and insights.
Harmon also leads Geek Squad, Best Buy’s national tech-support organization.

Harmon has also served in executive roles at Bridgestone Americas, including serving as the president of GCR Commercial Tires and as the COO of Bridgestone retail operations.
