Guac, Anyone: Hwy 401 Truck collision cooks avocados

Mississauga, Ontario – A transport truck caught fire on Ontario’s highway 401 corridor last weekend, rerouting an extra-spicy delivery of avocados to the surrounding atmosphere.

According to the Ontario Provincial Police, the transport truck may have ignited due to an overheated tire. No injuries were reported–just a bunch of free, but burnt, guacamole.

In addition to the burning vehicle, clearing its spilled and flammable cargo caused delays near Winston Churchill Blvd. At the time, only one eastbound lane nearby was open.

Countless avocados were overcooked and many vegans were left hungry, only a few days after a flaming truck turned its beef cargo into a smoke signal–not a good time to be a fussy eater.
