Toronto, Ontario — After having to cancel their in-person golf fundraiser due to COVID-19, the Collision Repair Education Foundation (CREF) has decided to move their annual golf tournament online.
On June 25, golf and online game enthusiasts from across the globe are invited to attend the Collision Repair Education Foundation’s first online golf fundraiser. Participants can play safely from their living rooms on a phone, tablet or computer.
With a $25 donation, golfers will take part in an 18 hole golf match using TopGolf’s online game. The proceeds will go towards supporting high school and college collision repair programs.
Director of Development Brandon Eckenrode noted that you don’t need any skill to participate and being online also allows for thousands to participate.
Before the event, players are encouraged to create a free profile on www.wgt.com to practice their swing.
Additionally, the first 150 people to register, get a free CREF golf swag bag, as well as other promotional items, click here to register.
