Hamilton, Ontario – Uniban, a company that specializes in automotive glass repair, replacement and calibration, celebrated the opening of eight facilities across Canada in the first half of 2021.
Uniban, home to best-in-class automotive glass repair and replacement brands like UniglassPlus, VitroPlus, Go! Glass and Docteur du Pare-Brise, have also expanded their services to include calibration in its facilities across the country.
“Our owners see the evolutions in Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS) clearer than most as it’s now embedded in the windshields they repair and replace,” says Maurice Filion, president, Uniban. “They have the expertise to complete skilled calibrations to ensure the vehicle is operating at original manufacture standards, which is why 100% of our facilities provide this service.”
The automotive glass repair and replacement leader also has an over decade long reputation for its integrated claims management system. This in tandem with its bilingual call centre continues to drive value for its insurance and fleet partners.
“It is an exciting time to be a part of our glass companies as we continue to leverage the scale of Driven Brands to enhance key resources like our websites and claims management systems,” continues Filion. “We were thrilled to launch new websites for UniglassPlus and VitroPlus, making it easier for their customers to schedule online appointments.”
UniglassPlus and VitroPlus also celebrated raising over $10,000 for Breakfast Club of Canada through its spring windshield repair program. Owners from across the country committed to donating one nutritious breakfast for every windshield repair and replacement that came through their facility which equated to 3,483 breakfasts for children across the country.
