Toronto, Ontario — Automotive trade shows are back in business and you can get yourself to the front of the line now that early bird registration for CCIF Toronto 2022 is officially open.
This year will be CCIF’s “homecoming” event in Toronto, following more than a year of pandemic-related roadblocks, and organizers are doing everything they can to ensure a safe and successful event.
CCIF Toronto 2022 will kick off on the evening of Thursday, Feb. 3 with a workshop and reception, while Friday will feature a full day of programming.
This year’s workshop will be hosted by John Cox, Acoat services manager for AkzoNobel. Entitled How to Build a Culture of Execution, this workshop is designed to arm industry stakeholders with strategies to facilitate change and execute goals in everyday behaviours.
New for this year in Toronto only, attendees will also have the ability to book appointments to meet with CCIF partners in private meeting rooms on Thursday and Friday, according to the press release from CCIF.
In addition to the Thursday workshop, CCIF has announced three sessions and the accompanying speakers for each, including:
- The Connected Car: Harnessing the Power of Vehicle Telematics, presented by Kyle Sabi of Enterprise Holdings
- Navigating the pitfalls of towing and storage, presented by Lane Bailey of ELC Dispatch Solutions
- Batteries are Included, a conversation on repairing electric vehicles, from skills to timing and costs; presented by Red Seal technician, I-CAR trainer and Collision Repair columnist Stefano Liessi
More sessions will be added as the event draws nearer, says CCIF.
Early bird registration comes at a discounted price of $179.99 plus tax ($199.99 regular) and extends until Dec. 3.
