Ottawa, Ontario — The Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) has announced a webinar series that will discuss modern repair techniques and Mitchell’s cloud-based estimating software in detail on Dec. 2, 2020.

The webinar series will consist of two one-hour webinars with an hour break slotted between noon and 1 p.m. You can choose to attend both or just one webinar, depending on the relevance to your skilled trade

The first webinar is titled, “Making Panel Repairs Faster and Easier,” and is being presented by BETAG Innovation’s Dave Flockhart, the innovation COO. It will focus on modern repair techniques for efficiently straightening outer body panels, to a consistently high-quality standard.

BETAG speaker, Flockhart, has a detailed understanding of the collision repair industry in North America; for the past eight years, he has been responsible for BETAG’s dive to deliver effective technical training and advanced equipment in the U.S. and Canada.

The webinar begins at 11 a.m. EST. and will end at 12 p.m.; to register for the webinar, click here.

According to the press release, the webinar will be interactive and feature live damage repair and suggest that collision repair techs of all experience levels, production, and operation managers should attend this webinar, as well as, estimators, insurers, and educators in the collision repair industry.

The second webinar, which is being presented by Mitchell International’s Sinh Quan, Sr. corporate sales executive will begin at 1 p.m. and end at 2 p.m. EST.

The second webinar will be an overview of Mitchell’s cloud-based estimating software for collision and autobody repair. Quan, the host of the webinar, has been with Mitchell International for over 19 years, selling and supporting Mitchell’s suite of autobody software such as Mitchell Estimating and Mitchell Repair Centre Management.

CCIF suggests the webinar will be most relevant for repair planners, production and operations managers, and of course, estimators, insurers, and educators.
