With more than 30 years in the automotive aftermarket industry, Daryll O’Keefe has held several leadership roles at Fix Network with increasing responsibilities, before being appointed as Senior Vice President in September 2022. Previously, he spent 20 years with Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes Ins, where he was Regional Manager of Sales and Operations for central Canada. As Fix Network’s Senior Vice President, Daryll is tasked with continual improvement of all aspects of the network in Canada. In this critical role, he manages the network’s growth, franchise development, vendor relationships and other initiatives beneficial to Fix Network and the aftermarket industry. Daryll also guides the training initiatives for Fix Network’s training centres, working closely with all industry stakeholders – from educators to industry bodies government officials – to secure the best opportunities for skilled trades, both seasoned and novices, in our industry.

Jeff Francis’s passion for cars led to 20 years of experience in the collision repair industry. This evolved into a position at Okanagan College in BC where he taught collision repair and refinishing apprenticeship for 14 years. During his time at the college, he taught International, Women in Trades, Entry level and High school programs. Since then, returned to industry and dove into full scale shop management with an eye on lean production practices. He also provided training, technical support and development for a manufacturer of measuring and anchoring systems. He is proud to develop and deliver training at the Fix Network Training Centre in Calgary.

Amir Farrokh brings a wealth of experience to his role as Technical Trainer for the Fix Network. His 10 years of experience as a collision repair technician led him to being an apprenticeship instructor at EMEMM and CEP Saint-Jérôme. In addition, Amir has also been an I-CAR instructor for 5 years. After several years of involvement with Skills Canada and Skills Quebec, in 2021 he was appointed Chairman of the National Technical Committee for Autobody Repair. At Fix Network, as technical trainer since 2019, he is responsible for the development and delivery of technical training for the Network’s franchise partners and their teams.

Sophie Pepin has been working with Fix Network since 2010 and has held several key roles before being appointed as its Network Strategic Learning manager. In this critical role, she delivers franchise-wide training initiatives and manages the network’s three training centers in Canada. Additionally, she collaborates with various stakeholders across the industry ensuring brand awareness through external events; overseeing performance / job/ learning gap analysis; managing the strategy, execution, and delivery of training programs for the network’s franchise partners as well as managing certifications across the network to ensure standards are being met and adhered to.
Sophie Pepin, Network Strategic Learning Manager
Stu has an extensive background in the industry, spending his first 20 years in collision shops as a Red Seal technician, painter, estimator and then shop manager, and the following 10 years with a major insurance company monitoring their Direct Repair Program in Southwestern Ontario. He has been an I-CAR instructor since 2005 and a Judge for Skills Canada at both the Provincial and National levels. Stu joined the Fix Network team in 2008 and is presently responsible to help develop and deliver training to their network shops encouraging both technical proficiency and process improvement.
Stuart Klein, Network Technical Trainer
Allison Rogers is a reporter and editor with Media Matters. She reports on the collision repair industry daily and regularly contributes to the company's host of magazines, including Collision Repair magazine, Bodyworx Professional, Canadian Auto Recycler and Collision Quebec. Allison is also the host of the Collision Repair magazine podcast, Industry Insider.
