Burnaby, British Columbia – October 18, 2019 – Fix Network has been on the road for several weeks as it holds its annual regional meetings for Fix franchisees. The team has already delivered its team-building presentations in Quebec, Ontario and Calgary, and on Oct. 4, Canada’s west coast welcomed the team for another annual regional meeting.
Fix Network British Columbia’s annual regional meeting kicked off last Friday with an evening reception and tradeshow that brought together approximately 110 guests. Shop owners, supplier partners and corporate staff enjoyed a night of networking and socializing with fellow owners and partners.
On Oct. 5, the team got down to business with a full day of presentations, updates and an in-depth question-and-answer session.
Unable to make it in person, Steve Leal, president and CEO of Fix Network opened the meeting via a video stream, welcoming the delegates and providing an update from the national and global perspective. The meeting then turned to a more regional focus for each of the three key areas of the business: operations, marketing and sales. In addition to the updates and presentations, shop owners were encouraged to ask questions and give feedback in an open forum.
“Our commitment is to our franchise strategic partners; supporting their businesses by helping them navigate this rapidly evolving industry, succeed and grow,” said Chris Peterson, regional vice president for Fix Network British Columbia, Alberta and Saskatchewan.
“Our BC shop owners once again this year had great questions and we as an organization encourage open dialogue not only during this annual event, but every day throughout the year,” said Peterson. “A lot of Fix Network’s success is based on the knowledge and feedback we gain from our franchise strategic partners; the strength of our network is rooted in these important, collaborative partnerships.”
Each year, shops are recognized for reaching specific anniversary milestones. This year, Fix Network is pleased to congratulate three shops in B.C. for reaching significant years of service within their communities.
