Berlin, Germany — December 14, 2016 — Fix Auto has announced it will establish operations in Germany in 2017, with Roy de Lange taking the role of Head of Business for the German market effective February 1, 2017.
The announcement was made by David Lingham, the company’s recently appointed Head of Business for Fix Auto World. This has been something of a banner year for Fix Auto’s expansion on the global field, with operations up and running in Australia, South Africa and China.
“In 2016, Fix Auto underwent significant international growth. We have taken the time to assess opportunities for our network and brand, and we are now pleased to build on these learnings and successes to drive forward and bring the Fix Auto name to Germany,” says Lingham.
Fix Auto’s pick to lead the German expansion, Roy de Lange, worked as a consultant across Europe, particularly in Germany. He has also gathered a wealth of knowledge in various spheres of the industry, particularly the retail, import and manufacturer levels.
“I am thrilled to join Fix Auto’s team and to work with a network that is recognized around the world for its consistent innovation and growth. I am confident that the Fix Auto model and brand will bring much value to German consumers, insurers and repairers,” says De Lange.
A statement from Fix Auto World says De Lange’s understanding of management, sales and after-sales processes are sure to be a valuable asset for Fix Auto as it builds relationships with key stakeholders in the German collision repair market.
“Expanding our operations into Germany is an exciting venture for Fix Auto,” says Lingham. “We are looking forward leveraging Roy’s experience to explore growth opportunities and evaluate how Fix Auto can not only integrate, but become a key player in the German market. We are pleased to have Roy on board and welcome him to our growing team.”
