Fix Auto volunteers at the Ronald McDonald House

By CRM Staff

Calgary, Alberta — May 31, 2018 — The Fix Auto team recently volunteered at the Ronald McDonald House (RMHC) in Calgary. The team, comprised of Fix Auto regional office staff, Fix Auto Deerfoot owner Lana Moritz and Fix Auto Calgary Coachworks shop manager Phil Schaber, went to work on a landscaping project to create a beautiful outdoor space to help healing children have a space outside.

“Fix Auto Canada is a proud national partner with RMHC Canada and we try to take every opportunity possible to volunteer our time for this great organization,” says Andy Raposo, general manager, Fix Automotive Network for Alberta and Saskatchewan. “The Fix Auto network of shops is very much like a family, so we see this as our family helping other families stay together so their kids can heal better.”

Rosa Estrela, office manager, Fix Automotive Network Western Canada comments, “Our team was so pleased to have the opportunity to volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House in Calgary. This amazing organization and the work they do to help families stay together while kids undergo treatment are inspiring and we were delighted to spend a few hours helping create a beautiful outdoor space for everyone to enjoy.”
