Calgary, Alberta — November 15, 2016 — Fix Auto Canada has recently wrapped its latest series of regional meetings. Fix Auto Western Canada held events in British Columbia on September 30 and October 1, and Alberta on October 14 and 15. The regional meetings offer franchise partners and staff an opportunity to meet with their region’s management team and share updates and information.
The company has recently moved to a two-day format for its regional meetings, with the Ontario meeting kicking off the new format.
The theme for Fix Auto Western Canada’s meetings was “Celebration of Success.” The British Columbia meeting was held at the Vancouver Marriott Pinnacle Downtown, following CCIF Vancouver. The Alberta meeting took place at Delta Lodge in Kananaskis Village.
An evening cocktail event and supplier trade show greeted attendees on the first nights of both meetings. Both meetings followed a similar theme in their schedule, with Peter Polito, Fix Auto Western Canada’s General Manager, outlining the agenda before introducing Fix Auto World President Stevel Leal.
Leal discussed the development of Fix Auto in Canada and overseas markets, including the company’s recent expansion into Australia. For more on this, please see “Fix Auto announces first Australian members” and “Terry Feehan named Head of Business for Fix Auto Australia.”
A round table discussion followed, with franchisees taking the opportunity to ask members of management questions about the direction of the business. Other presentations followed from various departments, including marketing, operations and sales, providing attendees with a look at some of the projects currently underway at the entwork. Joni Avram from Cause & Effect Marketing was also on hand to lead a customer experience workshop.
