Mississauga, Ontario — December 2, 2015 — Daryll O’Keefe, General Manager of Fix Auto Ontario, has announced the addition of a new strategic partner, Fix Auto Sudbury.
Derek Bartlett has been working in the collision repair industry for over 22 years and has been running his own collision centre, known today as Fix Auto Sudbury, for the past 18 years. He says the network’s rapid industry growth along with the success of the Fix Auto franchisees was the deciding factor to join the banner.
“I believe that it is Fix Auto’s connection to the insurance companies, their commitment to continual quality, ongoing training and best industry practices that puts Fix Auto above their competitors,” Bartlett says. “We are committed to building strong customer relationships, by providing the highest quality repairs, while offering friendly service, paired with honest communication and transparency.”
To help ensure continued success and reinforce the commitment to excellent quality and customer service, the 8000 sq. ft. production facility has recently undergone major equipment upgrades, including a Car-O-Liner frame system, Unibody Bench & Measuring System and a new DeVilbiss paint booth.
“Derek and the team at Fix Auto Sudbury are prime examples of strategic partners we want to grow with. We share the same passion, commitment and consumer-centric focus, we are very excited to have Fix Auto Sudbury on our team,” O’Keefe says.
