Winnipeg, Manitoba — November 14, 2017 — As the only Mercedes-Benz certified collision center in Manitoba, Pinnacle Collision Centre’s goal is to provide customers with a complete, first-class experience from start to finish.
With an “abundance of natural light” and a drive-through estimating and delivery area, Pinnacle Collision Centre said the shop is tailored to accommodate Canada’s frigid winters.
Brian Lowes, Pesident and General Manager of the shop, first created the same “luxurious and comfortable” atmosphere with his partners across the street for the company’s dealership, Mercedes-Benz Winnipeg.
Lowes said he did not want the VIP car experience to end at the sale. His, and his partners, vision included a “full-service, relationship-building business that would allow their customers to have precise collision repair and detail work done by certified Mercedes-Benz professionals.”
As such, they expanded their dealership business to add a high-end collision centre. The shop will use certified detailers, painters and body technicians to repair luxury vehicles, buses, coaches and trucks.
Jerry Castellano, Pinnacle’s Collision Operations Manager, said he has handpicked his team from around the world, with some team members travelling to Germany to be certified at the Mercedes-Benz headquarters.
Pinnacle Collision Centre will also service all makes and models of vehicles.
With a Global Finishing Solutions (GFS) Ultra XD Dual-Bay CTOF Booth, a 30-foot Ultra XC Auto Truck Pro (ATP) Paint Booth and an Ultra XD Mix Room, Pinnacle said its paint finishing equipment will meet the level of detail and precision required by the high-end vehicle market.
Castellano attributes the ongoing relationship with GFS to his equipment distributors, Dean Marino and Nealon Cwik from Dormer Finishing Systems. He said: “I knew the GFS products work well but Dean [Marino] also explained the efficiency of the booths. He was a good partner in the build and provided all the knowledge needed to put this project together.”
