At 8 a.m., the conference commenced with opening remarks, signalling the start of a day filled with informative sessions and recognition of industry excellence. Melissa Kwiatkowski, v-p of marketing for Driven Brands Collision Group, and Felicia Roy, director of marketing for Driven Glass Canada, captivated the audience with their insights and strategies during the marketing session.
The event continued with the prestigious Marketer of the Year Award, recognizing an outstanding individual’s contributions and achievements in the field.
Tony Mammone and Louise Jarry from the Driven Brands team took the stage to share valuable insights on industry trends and insights, enlightening the audience on the latest developments shaping the industry’s future. The CSI and LOR awards were then presented, honouring individuals and organizations that excelled in customer satisfaction.
A franchisee panel, hosted by Julie Benoit and Dave Foster, followed suit. The panel provided a platform for franchisees to share their experiences, best practices, and success stories, offering valuable insights and inspiration to fellow attendees.
