Fenix Parts Completes Acquisition of All Pro Auto Parts

This is the second acquisition for Fenix Parts in the Southeast region since being acquired by Stellex Capital Management LP

HURST, Texas–(BUSINESS WIRE)–#automotivemanufacturing–Fenix Parent LLC, operating as Fenix Parts (“Fenix Parts”), a leading recycler and reseller of original equipment manufacturer automotive parts, announced today the closing of the acquisition of the assets of All Pro Auto Parts in Auburndale, Florida. This is the second acquisition completed by Fenix Parts since the company was acquired by affiliates of Stellex Capital Management LP in April 2018.

All Pro Auto Parts is a full-service automotive recycling facility servicing the greater Orlando and Tampa markets. This acquisition represents Fenix Parts’ second location in Florida and is a key addition to its Southeast supply chain and distribution network.
