Amsterdam, the Netherlands — On Jan. 20, AkzoNobel received the European top employer certification by the Top Employers Institute during their 2022 benchmark review.
The ‘Top Employer’ certification evaluates companies for their human resources (HR) practices, including talent acquisition strategies, career development, diversity and sustainability.
Because AkzoNobel is certified as a Top Employer in five European countries (France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and the United Kingdom), they were classed as a European Top Employer. AkzoNobel’s branches in Brazil, China and the United States received Top Employee certification as well.
