The seminar will discuss this year’s developments within the automobile industry what that may mean in 2020. It will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, Oct. 29 at 1 p.m. CT (2 p.m. EST) and will feature CCC’s Susanna Gotsch, who will discuss how changes to the automobile have impacted both vehicle loss costs and vehicle accident frequency in 2019.
Director of CCC, Gotsch has been in the industry for nearly 30 years and is an expert in trends data and changes in the industry. From analyzing mobility trends to exploring the rise in vehicle complexity, Gotsch is well-versed on the ins and outs of all aspects of the industry.
