April 22, 2020– Toronto, Ontario — On April 23 at 2 p.m. EST, Dave Luehr of Elite Body Shop Solutions will be hosting a free, web-exclusive seminar designed to prepare collision repair shops for the post-pandemic period.
“We all need to be ready to hit the ground running when we’re back to business as usual! A strong marketing plan is crucial,” wrote Luehr in an email about the event.
“[Schoolcraft] will share both digital and traditional marketing tactics that shops can deploy at each stage of the collision customer’s life cycle to drive sustained and affordable growth while increasing brand perception and customer loyalty,” wrote Luehr.
“In today’s ever-changing world, obtaining a real-time view of your brand perception is critical. As customers begin to hold brands to a higher level of expectation, it’s imperative to protect the perception and reliability of your brand.”
During the seminar, Schoolcraft will cover three major topics. The first is on how to drive business to the door. The second major subject to be covered is how to deliver on customer expectations while in the shop. The third topic covered will be how to create and nurture life-long customers who refer to your shop.
The webinar will feature a special presentation from Nick Schoolcraft, president of Pheonix Solutions Group.
