New features include enhanced reporting, lead-capture, and page-building capabilities
DALLAS–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DealerSocket, a leading SaaS provider for the automotive industry, will showcase new OEM certifications and seven new enhancements for its DealerFire digital websites and marketing at the NADA Show on Feb 14-17, 2020 in Las Vegas. The latest enhancements are coming after a strong year for DealerFire, as its products have earned eighteen OEM certifications, most recently adding Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Lexus, Hyundai, and renewing Toyota.
DealerFire’s new enhancements will be on display in the DealerSocket booth inside the Las Vegas Convention Center’s Central Hall (Booth No. 3915C), where we will show the new lead conversion and search capabilities, a test-drive delivery scheduler, and enhanced web page-building tools. DealerSocket will also demonstrate new functionality aimed at helping dealers comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
DealerFire will debut a new reporting dashboard for its content management system within its website platform. Users will click on a specific reporting link — whether Google, Bing, Facebook ad reporting, content marketing, PrecisePrice (DealerSocket’s digital retail solution) or website performance — to view a customized Google Data Studio Report.
Also new within DealerFire for NADA is Snapshot Studio, which allows users to select from a set of optimized page container themes or templates when creating web pages. One of the most reported frustrations from dealers regarding their current CMS is the time and effort required to build content and inventory pages. Snapshot Studio solves this by making page creation easy and efficient.
DealerFire recently formed a partnership with AudioEye, Inc., a leading provider of digital-accessibility solutions that delivers barrier-free website access for individuals with disabilities. Visitors to DealerSocket’s booth at NADA 2020 will be able to demo AudioEye’s end-to-end Accessibility Toolbar embedded into DealerFire’s websites, which audits, monitors, and remediates website accessibility issues. The service also provides users with support and legal coverage when confronted with ADA claims.
DealerFire websites now offer car shoppers the ability to submit web inquiries while scrolling through vehicle image galleries, or to request a text conversation via a new web-texting feature that feeds those leads into the CRM, allowing for effective and efficient lead capture. For DealerSocket CRM users, the website connects to SocketTalk’s text communication tool to automatically opt users into a text conversation.
DealerFire also announces the upgrade of search capabilities within its websites so car shoppers can access information outside of inventory results pages with search-as-you-type functionality. New is a Delivery Test Drive component that allows shoppers to schedule a test drive from within a DealerFire website. The new feature also allows dealers to set limits for radius and price, and integrates with DealerSocket’s CRM so that sales opportunities are generated for each scheduled appointment.
