Newport Beach, California — July 10, 2017 — Guild 21 is following up its latest Conference Call on Toyota repair training and resources with another OEM guest, Dan Black, Global Service Support Lead for Body/Chassis/Paint for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA).

Black has over 17 years of experience in the collision repair industry, with 12 of those years spent developing and validating collision repair strategies for FCA. He has collaborated with design engineers and industry suppliers to provide feasible repair solutions for the collision industry to deal with the increased usage of advance high strength steels and other lightweight substrate materials.
Black is also responsible for reviewing coating and adhesive performance of collision repair materials to ensure they align with FCA specifications, prior to referencing them in collision repair documentations. As the complexity of vehicle structures and electric architectures continue to advance, Black understands that detailed repair processes and vehicle diagnostics are critical to insure the safety and performance of FCA vehicles are restored to pre-collision condition.
