Toronto, Ontario — August 3, 2015 — The 13th annual CSN Collision Centers Conference takes place September 24 to 26 in Montreal, Quebec. This year’s event is titled Geared for Success and features two high-profile keynote speakers.
First up is Mark Bowden, a body language and behaviour expert. He runs a communications training company that uses a unique methodology to help clients communicate “with impact.” He has a reputation as “one of the world’s foremost authorities on nonverbal communication” and travels around the world to train groups and give keynote speeches. His clients include politicians, presidents and CEOs of Fortune 500 companies. He has written three books and is part of the TED community, having spoken on the main stage at TEDx Toronto. Recent clients include Toronto law firm Blakes, Cassels Brock, Brandes Investments, Fidelity Investments and RBC.
Also on tap is Dennis Snow, a customer service expert. Snow is said to have honed his skills over twenty years with the Walt Disney World Company. There, he developed his “passion for service excellence.” Beginning in 1979, Snow advanced through the company, managing various operating areas throughout the park and learning the skills it takes to run a world-class, service-driven organization. Snow also spent several years with the Disney University, teaching corporate philosophy and business practices to cast members and the leadership team. Today, Snow is a full-time speaker, trainer and consultant who helps organizations achieve goals “related to customer service, employee development and leadership.” Clients include American Express, ExxonMobil and Nationwide.
