Okotoks, Alberta — March 18, 2014 — CSN Collision Centres has announced its newest location in Okotoks, Alta., CSN – Collision Alternatives.
The business started out as a custom and restoration shop. Soon after, the demand for collision repair services in Okotoks grew exponentially. Forming a business partnership, Joel Cannon and Sean Kell collaborated to meet customer demands in the market and worked on their business to build it to what it has become today.
As a team, Cannon, Kell, and the rest of the staff work hard to meet customer demands and support local youth groups and sports teams.
“We are in this business today because of the growing collision repair demand in our area but also because our local businesses and townspeople have given us a tremendous amount of support to continue to do what we do best,†says Cannon.
“Our facility is unique in part because we not only strive to provide good service, but we match it with good value,†explains Kell. “We are always looking for opportunities to go above and beyond. Whether we are simply picking up or dropping of customers or removing graffiti sprayed on their vehicles free of charge, we do it because it makes our customers happy.â€
The biggest challenge that the CSN – Collision Alternatives team has to face is managing the rapid changes happening within the industry.
“Although very challenging, rapid changes in this industry are also exciting and a whole lot easier to deal with now that we are partnered up with CSN. CSN is at the forefront of a journey to success in this continuously evolving industry. The CSN business model is very much in line with our own model and we feel that this partnership will be ‘win win’ for the both of us,†says Cannon.
