Toronto, Ontario — On Tuesday, PPG announced a partnership with the software firm Flashback Forward Inc. to develop FinalQC, a mobile quality control application designed with the goal of enhancing efficiency for the collision repair industry.
The application specifically aims to offer the collision repair industry with features such as repair data imports directly from chosen estimate and/or management systems; the ability to electronically accept or reject a repair operation; line by line audit applications; QSI reporting; before and after photo cataloguing, among other factors.
According to Tom Maziarz, PPG Vice President, Americas, Automotive Refinish, in a recent press release, “this collaboration aims to transform the way collision shops operate, enhancing quality, efficiency and customer satisfaction.”
“FinalQC standardizes quality verification, empowering collision shops to deliver consistent, high-quality repairs while minimizing errors and rework,” Maziarz continued.
David Caulfield, CEO and Founder of Flashback Forward Inc., further noted that “FinalQC is the result of our dedication to building cutting-edge technologies tailored to the collision repair industry. We are thrilled to partner with PPG in bringing this mobile application to market, empowering repair professionals to achieve unparalleled levels of efficiency and quality.”
