Hamilton, Ontario — April 21, 2014 — The Collision Industry Information Assistance’s (CIIA) popular basic estimating course is again being offered by the organization to help collision shops and insurance company staff who may need assistance when composing estimates.
The course is available over six nights and will aim to introduce technicians and insurance employees to the basics of estimating, understanding vehicle construction, estimate writing, understanding collision manuals, additional charges and damage analysis.
Courses begin Tuesday May 13, 2014 with two classes per week over a three week period, with students amassing a total of 18 hours of in-class time.

Association members are free to attend one of the courses at the discounted rate of $450 per person, while non-members will be charged $550. Prepayment prior to respective courses is mandatory.
