Toronto, Ontario — February 26, 2019 — The Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) is creating a subcommittee and general manager of CARSTAR Fredericton Steve Knox is asking members of the collision repair industry that want to be heard to reach out to him.
As a member of the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF) Knox’s job is to be one of the voices representing all of the nations repair facilities. “We’ve all faced struggles as repairers, and together we are much stronger than if we are apart,” he says.
Knox has previous experience running an independent bodyshop in a Ford dealership for 12 years. “While the world I am now in is much different from where I came from, I can still relate to the struggles faced by the independent shops. I can also relate to the pressure of being a member of a banner,” he says.
