Boucherville, Quebec — Uni-Select reported both full-year and Q4 2022 financial results on Friday.
For Q4 2022, consolidated sales for Uni-Select were $424.8 million, up $24.6 million or 6.2 percent from Q4 2021. The company’s FinishMaster U.S. segment reported sales of $173 million for Q4 2022, an increase of 3.4 percent, primarily driven by price increases.
The company’s Canadian Automotive Group segment reported sales of $150.4 million for Q4 2022. Sales increased by $25.1 million, or 18.5 percent, over Q4 2021, driven by organic growth of 10.5 percent and acquisitions over the last 12 months. The increase in organic growth was mainly driven by price increases, said Uni-Select in a press release.
For the full year 2022, Uni-Select reported 11.7 percent increases in sales, in constant currency terms, while adjusted EBITDA improved by 26.1 percent to exceed $185 million, said the company.
Consolidated sales for 2022 were up 7.4 percent, or $118.6 million. Total consolidated sales for 2022 were $1,731.4 million, said Uni-Select.
