Hamilton, Ontario — September 15, 2014 — CARSTAR Automotive Canada has announced the addition of CARSTAR Port Elgin Appraisal Centre in Ontario. The new appraisal centre, located at Unit 4, 1213 Goderich Street in Port Elgin, is owned by Scott Rowe, Kim Wheeler and Jamie Rowe.
The Rowe family joined CARSTAR in 2012 when they opened CARSTAR Kincardine alongside their dealership business, Rowe Motors. The appraisal centre with its brand new office is managed by Charlie Goar.
The centre provides convenience for customers who currently have to drive to Kincardine or Owen Sound to drop off or pick-up their vehicles.
The appraisal process now begins immediately, followed by the repair process which will be completed at CARSTAR Kincardine. Additionally, there are rental cars available onsite and the office is family-oriented, offering a toy room where customer’s children can be entertained while the estimate takes place.
“The appraisal centre answers a need of insurance partners and their clients in the Port Elgin community,†says Scott Rowe. “Ultimately the set-up and location of the appraisal centre are focused around the customer experience and around convenience.â€
