Hamilton, Ontario — October 13, 2014 — CARSTAR Automotive Canada has announced the opening of the CARSTAR Casselman Appraisal Centre. The appraisal centre is located at the Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC dealership at 632 Principale Street in Casselman, Ontario.
The dealership is owned by the Laplante family. The family also owns second dealership in Hawkesbury, where they opened CARSTAR Hawkesbury (Laplante) last year.
“When we joined CARSTAR in 2013 we were impressed by the brand’s reputation,†says Jacques Laplante.
The appraisal centre is located in a busy retail area, with over 4,000 sq. ft. of production space in addition to providing an inviting customer reception area.
“The most important thing about this location is that it is conveniently located to serve customers,†says Roberto Caruso, Manager of the appraisal centre. Roberto has 25 years of experience in the industry and his primary focus for the business is customer service.
When asked about the role of family and community for their business Roberto says, “We are a family-owned business to begin with; Jacques and his children Stephanie and Sebastien all play a part in the dealerships. The CARSTAR identity is very much related to family and community.â€
