Kenora, Ontario — July 12, 2017 — CARSTAR Canada has announced the grand re-opening of CARSTAR Kenora. CARSTAR Kenora is now owned and operated by Peter Scheibler.
Scheibler began with CARSTAR almost 20 years ago, as a painter. He says he wanted to be sure he and his team were ready with a fresh start to ensure CARSTAR Kenora can be a premier provider for collision repairs in the area.
“Being born and raised in Kenora helps me understand the real needs and service level expectations that our community has,” says Scheibler. “I’m grateful for the opportunity to take over ownership of CARSTAR Kenora, and become a trusted service for our community.”
Scheibler and his team hosted a grand re-opening event recently to unveil the newly renovated store. This catered event featured a barbecued lunch, CARSTAR branded cupcakes, a bouncy castle for kids and a raffle for prizes including a 55-inch LG TV, Broil King BBQ, Logan Fire table and and much more. Attendees included vendors, insurance partners, friends, families and staff.
“A true professional when it comes to collision repairs and customer service, Peter has not only become a valued CARSTAR teammate, but also a trusted store owner,” says Greg Gore, National Business Development Manager. “Peter is completely devoted to the people of Kenora and wants to support them in any way he can.”
Investing in the community he grew up in is the foundation of Scheibler’s values, as he’s committed to giving back to Kenora. This year, CARSTAR Kenora participated in the Walk to Make Cystic Fibrosis History, and raised over $3,000 for their local chapter. Sponsoring local hockey teams, baseball teams and donating to the local hospital foundation are also causes close to Scheibler’s heart.
