Toronto, Ontario — May 29, 2019 — CARSTAR just completed their cross-Canada spring training to provide hands-on guidance to members of the CARSTAR network.
Hosted by CARSTAR’s team, Edge Performance Group (EPG), the training programs focused on each province’s specific needs. Invited vendor partners also provided specific training to all attendees.
The provincial meetings attracted hundreds of partners, from Toronto Ont. to Montreal Quebec.
Starting in the Atlantic Provinces, EPG led discussions with a focus on reducing costs, making a greater profit out their location as well as achieving OEM certification.
Arriving next in Ontario, there were further discussions on profitability and certifications and the turnout was vast. Conversations about gaining insight on customer experience were also held as well as scheduling and process control within the company.
Alberta and Quebec continued to bring in a high attendance of partners in the auto industry.
The Alberta team received instructions from a biohazard specialist on how to handle car theft properly when drug paraphernalia is involved.
Quebec’s team was able to hear about available resources and upcoming initiatives.
“Providing in-depth and store-specific support for CARSTAR franchise partners are the purpose of these meetings,” said president of CARSTAR Michael Macaluso. “These are just another tool we use to achieve industry leading levels of operational excellence.”
CARSTAR’s next series of meetings will kick start this summer in with an acceleration conference hosted in Chicago.
