Edmonton, Alberta — October 25, 2017 — CARSTAR Edmonton South has announced it has received OEM certification from Toyota.
The certification means that CARSTAR Edmonton South now meets or exceeds the manufacturer standards when repairing Toyota vehicles. In order to become Toyota certified, the shop’s facilities had to meet numerous requirements including staff training, store reputation and financial stability.
“Undergoing the proper training and adhering to the manufacturer guidelines are crucial for collision repairs, and our team has always been committed to this,” said CARSTAR Edmonton South owner, John Kloeckes. “To be officially certified by the manufacturer is important to validate this commitment to our customers, and ultimately ensure our team at the store is always providing premier collision repairs.”
CARSTAR Edmonton South is also I-CAR Gold certified, a designation for collision repair facilities who have trained their technicians with the knowledge and skills to complete “premier repairs.”
