Toronto, Ontario – Automotive diagnostics software developers Mitchell International were featured on a recent webcast hosted by the International Bodyshop Industry Symposium (IBIS), talking strategy with IBIS top-brass.
Mitchell’s executive vice president and general manager of the auto physical damage division, Debbie Day, alongside Olivier Baudoux, senior vice president of global product strategy and artificial intelligence, sat down with IBIS CEO Jason Moseley to talk strategy going forward in the partnership between the two organizations.
Despite claims being down significantly since the beginning of the pandemic, the trio discussed the increasing demand for touchless claims assessments, a service that Mitchell has and will continue to develop, in collaboration with IBIS, over the years to come.
Baudoux, the resident AI expert at Mitchell, delved into how Mitchell’s diagnostic software utilizes Google Cloud infrastructure and machine learning algorithms to keep their products constantly up-to-date with always-changing OEM parts and procedures.
