Victoria, British Columbia — Keith E. Jones has been named collision strategy and program manager for DEKRA North America.
This new role will see Jones support the BMW Canada Certified Collision Repair Centre program. Previously, Jones served as a regional development specialist for DEKRA, supporting various OEM certification programs, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and Volvo.
Jones has a wealth of experience in the industry. Prior to his time with DEKRA, Jones spent more than 25 years with ICBC in various roles, including material damage estimator, claims transformation manager and manager of material damage services.
He is also the founder and former owner of Crash Space Appraisals; the former president of Canadian operations for DCI Solution Canada and the former owner/principal consultant for B.C.’s L4 Automotive Group.
Jones has also served as the Automotive Retailers Association (ARA) Director of Industry Relations.
