Building Bridges: CSN Phil’s opens in Northern Ontario

Sturgeon Falls, Ontario ⁠— CSN Collision Centres has opened doors to a new facility in Northern Ontario.

CSN Phil’s, formerly Yvon Collision, has been serving the West Nipissing area since 2008. For the facility, every customer is a neighbour and it boasts a stellar reputation in the West Nipissing area for delivering on its promise of safe and proper repairs.

Owner and operator Phil Chartrand has been active in the collision repair industry since 2000 and is recognized as an exceptional member of the West Nipissing community, believing every customer deserves the absolute best treatment a facility can offer.

“At CSN Phil’s, we are large enough to serve the customer but small enough to truly care,” said Chartrand. 

“At a time when the collision repair industry is facing its biggest challenge, the CSN Collision Centres network is still expanding,” said the company in a news release. “Establishing their fifth collision centre in Northern Ontario, CSN is poised to offer their leading collision repair services from Thunder Bay to North Bay.”

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the economy and collision repair in general, Phil says he made the right decision to join CSN. 

“I chose CSN because they are a nationally recognized brand with a focus on repairing vehicles properly. Their model of collaboration and flexibility works very well for me in a smaller community because I can tie my existing name to theirs empowering all of us,” he said.

The addition of CSN Phil’s to the CSN Collision Centres repair network comes when the world is facing unprecedented circumstances. CSN vice president of sales and marketing, Larry French, remains confident.

“There is definitely a lack of clarity about when we will all come out of this, but our network is very strong. We have the best operators in the country, and we have the infrastructure to support them until this situation is over.” French said positively. “We are thrilled to have another collision centre in Northern Ontario to provide high-quality repairs and world-class customer service.” 

CSN Phil’s was activated as an official CSN Collision Centre on April 1, 2020.
