Winnipeg, Manitoba — September 9, 2014 — The Boyd Group has announced the opening of two new collision repair locations, one located in Georgia and another in Florida.
The location in Atlanta, Georgia previously operated under the name Atlanta Import Collision Center and is approximately 22,800 sq. ft. with 21,600 sq. ft. of production space. This centre is located in the second-largest business district in Atlanta, and houses one-third of the city’s high rises.
In Florida, the new location is in Naples, the principal city in the Naples-Marco Island metropolitan area, and the Boyd Group’s second location here. It previously operated under the name Eagle Automotive Auto Body Repairs and is approximately 6,000 sq. ft., with 5,500 sq. ft. of production space.
“Both of these locations increase our capacity in densely populated areas and allow us to reach out to new customers and better assist our insurance partners,” says Tim O’Day, President and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. “Together, these additions demonstrate that we are on track to achieve our growth target of 6 to 10 percent through single store-additions.”
The Boyd Group is continuously looking to add new collision repair locations to its existing network in Canada and the U.S. Interested collision repair centre owners are asked to contact Kim Allen at kim.allen@gerbercollision.com for more information.
