Chicago, Illinois — October 2, 2013 — The Boyd Group has announced the opening of a new repair centre in Loveland, Colo. The repair centre is approximately 11,000 sq. ft. and previously operated under the name Auto Collision Specialist-Loveland. The facility now operates under the Gerber Collision & Glass trade name. With this addition, the Boyd Group owns and operates 13 repair centres in Colorado, which brings the total current number of U.S. locations in operation to 213. This includes those facilities branded as Autocrafters Collision Repair and Hansen Collision and Glass.

Not only is it well-aligned with our goal to achieve 6 to 10 percent growth in number of centres through single-location additions but allows us to increase our presence by reaching new customers and to better assist our insurance clients,” said Tim O’Day, President and COO of the Boyd Group’s U.S. operations. “We remain confident in our ability to identify accretive opportunities to expand within our current markets.”
