Toronto, Ontario — January 3, 2018 — Blair now offers the Rotabroach Hole Cutter Combo Kit, containing 13 of the most popular sizes of Rotabroach Cutters. The cutters can be used on materials that are up to 1/4″ and 1/2″ thick.
According to Blaire, Rotabroach cutters cut clean, burr-free and round holes efficiently. Because the cutters are hollow, they are able to cut around the edge of the hole, meaning less work is required. As well, according to the company, there is no deforming of material or jagged edges. Multiple cutting teeth are precision ground instead of stamped, helping maintain long tool life. Patented tooth geometry also prevents chip clogging when cutting steel, sheet metal, or plastics.
The cutters are designed to be used in precision holemaking in sheet metal, frame materials, and plate stock up to ½” thick, whether mild steel, stainless steel or aluminum. For bodyshops and frame straighteners, Rotabroach Cutters can be used in custom building and detailing, aftermarket installations, rustproofers and undercoaters.
Arbors fit 3/8″ and 1/2″ hand held drill chucks and use either spring-loaded pilots or skip-proof pilots which eliminate pre-drilling operations.
