Toronto, Ontario — BETAG nabbed a big fish in the Canadian collision industry recently, as Kelly Roberts announced that he has joined the team as a performance engineer for the repair solutions company.
This announcement, made via a LinkedIn post, marked the end of Roberts’ two-year tenure guiding shop development at AirPro Diagnostics, but also the exciting new chapter that lays ahead for him at BETAG.
Roberts’ new role will see him working shoulder-to-shoulder with shop owners and technicians as an instructor of BETAG’s comprehensive outer panel repair training program.
In an email to Collision Repair, Roberts spoke highly of his new workplace, saying “BETAG’s core culture is technician-centric, evolutionary and in my opinion, tailor-made for the Collision Repair Industry we all live in now.
“They are hyper-focused on providing in-depth, hands-on knowledge, teaching specific skillset improvement, and implementing process-driven performance enhancements of technicians and the industry,” said Roberts.
“I am grateful, enthusiastic and eagerly looking forward to working with technicians, building their capabilities and skillsets and bringing the ‘artistry of the craft’ back to the industry that I love.”
