Toronto, Ontario — They say the grass is always greener on the other side and AIA Canada is working to make it so with a summer full of golf tournaments and networking, after many industry events went virtual amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
To kick off a run of five golf-related industry events set to take place across the country, AIA will be hosting AIA Canada Quebec Division Golf Day on May 26 at Club De Golf Parcours Du Cerf in Longueil, Que. Those interested in the event should register soon, as the deadline for attendance comes up next Friday.
The two weeks following the event will see AIA checking with its prairie-based partners, with the AIA Canada Saskatchewan Division Annual Golf and Dinner scheduled for June 2, and the Sun Fund Golf Tournament, presented by AIA Canada’s Manitoba division, on June 9. These two events will be held at the Harbor Golf Club in Elbow, Sask. and the Shilo Country Club in North Cypress, Man., respectively.
Skipping ahead to September, AIA plans to support its annual High Fives for Kids initiative with a day at the Georgetown Golf Club in Georgetown, Ont., on Sept. 8.
The following day AIA’s Manitoba division will be holding its own Manitoba Division Golf Tournament and Dinner at the Kingswood Golf Club in La Salle, Man.
