Toronto, Ontario — The Canadian International Auto Show will return in Toronto for 2022, show organizers have revealed.
The show will run at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre from Feb. 18 through Feb. 27. In years past, the auto show would garner an average of 360,000 visitors over its 10-day run.
According to Jason Campbell, general manager of the Canadian International Auto Show, automakers that have already committed to the event will take up about 70 percent of the available floor space. The leftover space will give new brands an opportunity to feature products, he said.
Provincial health and safety rules dictate people working at the show and those attending must be double-vaccinated and masked. A ticket system designed to limit the time visitors can stay at the show will be in place. Campbell says most show-goers typically stay just over three hours.
