Toronto, Ontario — August 26, 2019 — The eighth annual MSO Symposium is taking place on November 4th at the Mandalay Bay Casino, Las Vegas. The meeting is for multi-shop operation employees among other repair facilities to network in a conference environment.
Created in 2011, it aims to improve business efficiency and productivity for collision repair centres. This year’s program is expected to shine a light into some growing topics, such as increasing concerns of technology and ride sharing expansion, the impact on FNOL, estimating, and the vehicle owner, the growth and evolution of dealership MSOs among other looks at the industry including OEM certification. 4,000 facilities were represented at MSO Symposium in 2018, bringing in a total annual revenue of more than $7 billion.
Anyone attending the event must meet MSO Symposium standards. Those that qualify include insurers, OEMs, multi-shop operators and single location repair facilities earning more than $3 million USD annually.
