Toronto, Ontario – September 21, 2018 — Mike Anderson, owner of Collision Advice, is hosting his fifth webinar in what has become a monthly series referred to as “Learn to Research, Research to Learn”.
The webinar scheduled to happen September 27, is going to be focusing on the Electronic Repair and Workshop Information service from Volkswagen known as the Volkwagen’s erWin System. For those of you that don’t know what the erWin system is, it’s information offered through Volkswagen about all repair manuals with their manufacturer.
Anderson said it will be a 90-minute webinar to show people how to navigate through the site, so repairers have knowledge of various things such as subscription fees and if bumper covers can be repaired or not.
Anderson told Collision Repair Magazine, that through the surveys they conducted they learned that 32 percent of collision repairers don’t research OEM procedures. This caused Anderson to become concerned, which is why he decided to start a series of webinars where every month he is dedicated to partner with a specific OEM and share with the collision repair community how to navigate through their websites.
He has previously done webinars on Nissan and Chrysler but has the next 3 months lined up with webinars that will focus on OEM’s such as Subaru, BMW and Ford.
