“The CSN Shop of the Year Award is the most prestigious honour we give to our collision centres,” said Flavio Battilana, chief operating officer of CSN Collision Centres. “Our team embarks on a thorough process to determine which collision centre represents what CSN is at its core.”

Steven Dupont walked on to the stage to receive the award at the CSN National Conference in Quebec City. He was celebrated loudly by his peers in attendance when he stepped into the spotlight to accept the honour.
A second-generation shop owner, Dupont is committed to carrying on the family business that started with his father in 1969. A well-known fixture in their community, CSN Lou’s 24,000 square foot location is one of the largest repair facilities in Calgary, Alta.
